Having gone from strength to strength, they are looking for a Senior Producer to initially join their team in London, and relocate to Los Angeles for 12 months. Currently they have a small team based in LA, and due to an increase in work are looking to grow the team who focus on well known, highly regarded entertainment brands.
As part of the package, you will receive an accommodation allowance to cover living in LA, quarterly flights and be provided with a Visa (costs will be covered).
As Senior Producer you will manage multiple creative projects – mainly across digital & social content, acting as the main point of contract in LA for clients and for the creative team who are based in the UK. You will begin as Senior Producer in the London office for 6 weeks to 3 months, and once embedded in the team will relocate to LA.
As Senior Producer you will understand the production process from end to end – and have demonstrable experience working across an integrated spectrum, with a track record of delivering digital and social content.
The role will involve project management and will be heavily client facing – you’ll be hands on on a day to day basis and act as the go to person for the creative team and clients. You’ll manage workflow between the London and LA office, develop project plans and timeline schedules – ensuring that all deliverables are on brief, quality assured and on time. You’ll be responsible for coordinating contracts, licensing and vendor costs – and ensure all asset delivery specs are identified in advance. You’ll ensure that all creative assets meet legal, brand and creative standards before entering production.
You will assist Account Directors with scoping of projects eg. RFPs, SOWs, deliverables, schedule, budget, estimates etc and ensure project processes are followed and all documentation is up to date and appropriately filed (onboarding binder, server folder structure, pipeline, resource allocation, trackers, video library, spec sheets, estimate tracking sheets etc).
You’ll work closely with clients – building and maintaining existing client relationships, contributing to pitches and liaising with clients to gather all pre production requirements.
