Exciting new role for a Senior Producer to help grow this independent agencies digital offering

The client

Well established integrated creative agency who work with a raft of well known global brands. They cover brand planning and creative strategy & activation and are now looking to strengthen their digital offering. Their expertise comes from creating a brand strategy, positioning and point of view – and they deliver results by working effectively together – pushing the boundaries by challenging each other and striving to take their thinking to exciting new places.

 

The role

The Senior Producer is responsible for the management of complex, end-to-end, full lifecycle client projects from inception and requirements definition through to delivery. You will be comfortable managing £500k to £1m + projects or multiple projects that total £1m + (including goals, schedules, deliverables, budgets and quality of delivery).

This is an exciting time to join the agency as they are reevaluating their approach to digital work & looking to strengthen their digital offering. Starting with Production they are looking for a well established Producer who is passionate about digital with a track record of delivering web based projects to join the team. You’ll need to have a solid technical understanding, a rigorous approach to process and procedure and loads of enthusiasm to help them with this exciting challenge.

The candidate

  • Comfortable project managing both technical product & web builds – as well as digital campaigns
  • Experience managing multiple budgets and budgets over £500k
  • Experience working in heavily client facing roles
  • Has a solid understanding of product development and QA processes
  • Has an understanding of and experience working on cross product projects
  • Experienced in writing and leading presentations to clients (excellent presentation skills)
  • Can demonstrate a strong technical knowledge – and ability to communicate to both tech & non tech teams
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Experience scoping large engagements
  • Experience managing 3rd party dev teams
  • Strong leadership capabilities – experience line managing will be highly regarded
