By putting their customers first, they offer a service and product portfolio that aims to not only provide great financial products and a great user experience, but educate their users along the way. By doing so, they aim to give them control and the ability to make the best decisions about their finances…even if that means going with a competitor.
As one of the fastest growing challenger banks, they have doubled their customer base in the last 4 months alone. And having secured over £80Million in investment, they can remain sustainable for the next three years without ever making a profit! (Yet they will be before the year is up).

Sitting as part of the cross-functional ‘Product, Marketing and Design’ team you will work alongside one other Product Designer and report to the Principle Product Designer. However, this team has plans to continue to grow so it won’t be the three of you for long. Working in Agile, you will be joined by a mix of Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers with 2-week sprint cycles.
As a truly end – end designer, you will have the opportunity to design across all elements of the digital experience for their portfolio of mobile apps and responsive websites. Starting with research to really understand your customer base and following the entire product process (Concepts, personas, wires, flows, prototyping, testing and final visual design for developer hand-off etc.) to deliver best in class experiences for their users. This could be for entirely new products and features or improving those that are already in place.
