What you’ll be doing and where you’ll do it
Joining the Product and AI/Machine Learning teams, you’ll work with 8-12 User Researchers, UX Designers, UI Designers and a Head of UX. You’ll focus on providing Qualitative insight into the UX lifecycle. Initially you’ll help to add functionality across their platform but you’ll face key challenges around globalisation as part of the larger product roadmap soon after.
You’ll be expected to use a variety of qualitative research methodologies i.e. ethnographic observations, detailed diary studies and contextual enquiries.
