Currently looking for Midweight product designer for a great company that focusses on providing RecTech for the charity sector. Really great opportunity to design for a brand with a great cause!

The client

This client are the No.1 site within their space; working to provide their users with opportunities within charity, not-for-profit and volunteering. Having been established over 17 years ago, they’ve helped over 20,000 charities find their perfect people and relentlessly worked to build a community within this sector.

The role

Within this role, you will be the sole product designer, which means it’s a fantastic opportunity to really own the role and be the voice of UX, as well as having the potential to grow the team whilst being at the core of it. You’ll be the sole decision maker, ensuring that there is design consistency across all platforms.

There will be lots of scope for user research, speaking to parties both on the B2B and B2C side and establishing how to completely transform and optimise the user experience.

The candidate

  • Key that you have a solid portfolio that displays your UX processes as well as your visual design skills
  • Someone who can operate autonomously; a proactive self-starter
  • Can confidently communicate with stakeholders and evangelise a design-led way of thinking
  • Solid experience in end-to-end product design, as well as working within an agile environment
