Mid Digital Designer - Marketing Collateral

Music Tech Organisation

Joining an innovative technology organization who are disrupting the music industry on a 3 month rolling contract basis.
You will be responsible for producing a wide range of Emails, Banners, Social Assets, Digital Content and more.

Midweight Digital Designer – £200-£255/day DOE

3 Months + potential to extend. Start ASAP. (This week ideally)

The Client: 

A really cool and innovative technology company who are disrupting the music industry. They design and build everything from physical, digital instruments as well as mobile, web and desktop app software with the goal of make music creation accessible to anyone, not just professionals.

Although the company have been around for a while, they still have a real start-up vibe as they are going through an incredible, organic growth period. This means that lots of new processes are being implemented. They have very ambitious plans for the next 12 months where growth and new products are concerned.

They have an awesome, collaborative culture where everyone pitches in as they work toward the common goal that they all truly believe in. It’s all about finding solutions to problems, not just identifying problems for others to solve. There’s a real buzz in the office and it’s clear that everyone is passionate about the company, the products, and their individual roles.

There are company meetings every Monday and Friday morning where they talk about goals, focuses, progress and all positives from the week no matter how small. It’s a great way to share in the successes of the team and get any support that you may need on tasks.

The role:

The role as a Digital Designer will see you sitting as part of the of the Marketing and Comms team, producing a wide array of digital marketing collateral including Emails, Banners, Social Assets, Web Content and more.

Due to the autonomous nature of the team, you will be given a lot of creative freedom on projects provided you keep your work on brand.

The team consists of just two other designers for now (but this is growing) and the wider design team including product and brand is closer to 50 people +. Total company size of 130.

You need:

  • Previous experience in producing digital marketing collateral.
  • A varied portfolio of digital campaign work across Emails, Banners, Social Assets etc.
  • Demonstrate creative flair, bringing your own style to each of your projects.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of working to brand guidelines.
  • Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite. (Primarily Photoshop and Illustrator)
