UX/UI Designer – £45,000

UX/UI Designer for Digital Marketplace in London – £40,000 to £45,000

After launching over a decade ago, a leading and innovative digital marketplace based in London for homeowners and tradesmen are looking to hire a UX/UI Designer for their UX & Design team to help create and deliver exciting user experiences for their audiences.

The Client

The Company:

My client is currently being used by over 60,000 skilled professionals, each of whom work tirelessly to cater to the various needs of homeowners. Due this being a purely digital marketplace with initial interaction between homeowners and tradesmen being done via this marketplace, UX and Design is the foundation this marketplace thrives from. Without it, the business would not be possible!

Operating in a flat structure with very little hierarchical limitations and based in an office with one of the best views of London(!), the company is hiring because after thoroughly road mapping an ambitious next 6-12 months, they’re keen to hire a UX/UI Designer to be involved in the businesses next phase.

  • Work inter-departmentally including UX, Research, Engineering, Marketing and more
  • Apply high levels of visual fidelity to wireframes and prototypes before handing over and working with development and engineering
  • Experiment and push interaction and design ideas with end-user justifications

  • £40,000 to £45,000 basic salary
  • 25 days’ holiday
