UX & Service Design Manager for New Hospitality Contract

UX, Service Design, Customer Experience Manager for Hospitality in London – £450 - £530

Really excited to be exclusively working with a well-known hospitality brand on a highly experienced UX & Service Design Senior Manager contract till Christmas.

Bridging the gap between physical and digital, you will be working in the brand new propositions teams looking at how they can evolve their conventional offering with new innovative concepts to disrupt their traditional brand. Looking to offer more variety and choice from budget options through to more luxurious options, whilst also removing pain points in the customer journey and adding new features which match the customer’s needs.

You will be leading the strategy and planning for the end to end customer service model, conducting research, UX and Service Design across the whole physical and digital journey to help drive positive change throughout the business.

Currently conducting a large research piece focussing on jobs to be done, looking at around 100 reasons why people would use their service. Your role will be to finalise the research piece whilst translating these into recommendations and requirements and actual product features. It’s key that you are able to match jobs to be done with propositions which match the customer needs.

Really is an awesome role, need to be experienced in Service Design and User Experience and have the ability to lead from the front.
