A global collection of designers recognised for being one of the first UX-infused collective in the world are now hiring a UX Director for their London headquarters after a brilliant half a decade of some major client business wins. Spearheaded by the Group Creative Director, this will be a key hire in the next phase of the agencies plan to grow their UX and Product teams.
The Role as UX Director
This role will primarily focus on 2 things: 1) strategy and vision and 2) building beautiful user experiences for a massive media brand.
Strategy and vision: Although this agency has been well-established globally for well over two decades, their London office is teeming with life and vigour of a small-medium sized office, 50+ strong as of 2018. As such, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and knowledgable individual to implement stronger and more robust UX best-practices and guidelines. You’ll also have the opportunity to follow this up with contributing to the overall strategic vision and roadmap of the agency as a whole.
Beautiful UX: After a recent new business win for a 2-year retainer, you’ll work largely on a widely-known Media brand, creating experiences across a variety of products putting the end-user at the heart of all that you do. On this account, you will also explore new and engaging platforms including, but not limited to, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Blockchain and more. You’ll also work on other accounts from time to time, previous accounts including Nike, Google and NBC Universal. This will include consulting and working with senior stakeholders and clients.

You will also have dedicated the best part of your career building and designing the most beautiful experiences. Lastly, you’ll have a firm grasp of applying your knowledge of UX guidelines and practices into long-term aims and goals for your respective companies.
