User Researcher for Not for Profit Educational Project
User Research Contract for not for profit in London – £400 to £450
Experienced User Researcher with analytical skills required for exciting, not for profit educational project aimed at inspiring teachers.
Coming in at the half way point where a beta version of the site is up and running, they’re keen for a researcher to come in and examine and improve its overall performance. You will be responsible for setting up and analyzing analytics to see how it’s performing and measure where people are dropping off and recommend improvements to stop this.
You will also work on surveys and carry out user testing as well as guerilla testing to help make recommendations to improve the experience and also make it be special and different.
Another part of the contract is to look at the incentive side of the piece of work, where they offer perks to people who sign up and share their feedback. Really keen for researchers to explore people’s behavior into why they’re signing up or not signing up. Like to see people with a flair who can think outside the box and come up with clever recommendations to get people to feedback.
It would be a benefit if you could do basic wireframes and prototypes of your recommendations for you to then test, however not essential.
Really exciting project where you can really make a unique difference in the educational sector.
