User Researcher required to join a loved socially enabling organisation who really fights for the consumer. You will take ownership of the user research on a number of high profile digital projects and help shape and produce compelling and award winning designs and services.

The Role as User Researcher
Working alongside another User Researcher and the wider UX team of 12 your research will play a vital role in translating consumer insights into the wide suite of products and services. You will take ownership and responsibility of the research on some large high profile projects all with a very varied target audience from children up to the elderly. Working in an agile manor you will be responsible for planning and running user research be it through user testing, focus groups, one to one interviews, ethnographic studies to name just a few. Your research will help my client continue to shape and build amazing digital products.
You will be an established User Researcher with prior commercial experience in delivering research projects for clients. Very important you have experience User Testing and can demonstrate your research processes clearly. A good knowledge of the UCD process and how research fits in is key to the role.
