Senior UX Freelancer for brand new Insurance Product
Senior UX Freelancer for Insurance Product via top digital agency in Central London – £400 per day
I’m looking for a Senior UX Freelancer for to work via one of London’s leading Digital agencies working on a programme of work for a new insurance product that is set to launch into the UK market. They are launching with a small business insurance product to start with and this will go live in Jan.
The Discovery phase has already been undertaken to understand the current market conditions and competitor landscape and developed Experience Principles, Personas and 3 possible brand propositions as well as mapping out their current technical architecture and some key process flows.
They’ve also produced an Experience map showing the needs, goals and tasks of the end-to-end customer journey to understand the scale of the lifecycle, from attribution to insured and then through to renew. A number of opportunities have been identified (and still continue to be identified) which they will explore and feed into the Business Requirements for their MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for their product launch in January.
They are now ready to start the design phase where they’ll need the help of a talented UX freelancer to produce template wireframes and designs for each page of the website based on user stories and business and product rules.
The task here is to work with a designer to produce template wireframes for the marketing/content and quote and buy journey pages for the new site.
You will be working as part of a multifunctional scrum team with another UX Designer and with oversight from an Associate Creative Director. You will be working collaboratively with the rest of the team to define the experience for the end user. This will require working closely with the product owner who will be part of the Scrum team so quick iterative work and experience working in sprints as part of a Scrum team would be beneficial.
