Senior Digital Marketing Manager (products & services) to work within the Brand & Sponsorships team for a well known personal service provider. Seeking experienced B2C digital marketeers looking to join a digital first organisation who have recently gone through a digital transformation piece.
Well known national service provider – who have recently gone through a large digital transformation piece are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their Brand & Sponsorship team.
They are focused on becoming a digital first organisation – and are taking measures to digitally disrupt the industry by reviewing how they interact with their consumers, to ensure they provide a simple, effortless way to access their products and services.
The Role as Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Due to a recent restructure they are looking for an experienced marketing professional to co lead an agile team – executing best in class marketing using the full suit of offline and online channels.
You will be responsible for growing the health of the brand by building consumer trust – and will also be responsible for leadership within the business, ensuring that products and solutions support brand positioning consistently across all consumer touch points.
- Support in development of Brand Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of compelling and effective content strategy & plan, including identification of the optimum model for agile low cost production and co-ordination with on-site content development.
- Drive capability of the team to deliver best in class Marketing, delivering integrated campaigns across all types of media and leverage external digital innovation and new internal suite of Adobe products.
- Work closely with Ops & Planning team to optimise effectiveness of Marketing spend and understand the value of Brand investments.
As a Digital Marketing subject matter authority you will have strong knowledge and experience of deploying, driving and delivering large scale campaigns from inception to completion. You have experience leading teams, managing big budgets (£10M) and most importantly have an innate understanding of brand and consumer in a B2C environment.
What is absolutely key for the role – is for you to demonstrate experience where you have defined and delivered brand program and customer engagement activity to produce measurable success. You will act as the Brand Champion – taking a disciplined approach to digital marketing and brand communication.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of agency and in house experience (predominantly in house) where you have a demonstrable track record of successfully marking consumer products – and essentially services. You’ve worked with sizeable, well known household brands, with a focus on consumer insight and building brand communications.
