Fun, friendly UX specialist agency is on the lookout for an established Project Manager to join their close knit team.

The Role as experienced client facing project manager

You will manage the relationships with clients on a day to day basis working closely with the wider digital services team to deliver campaigns. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, campaign performance and revenues.

  • Knowledge of web design, build and campaign projects, apps, content marketing, email and UX optimisation work
  • Ideally a UX/digital agency background, with exposure to digital, branding and campaign work
  • 2-3 years in project management role within an agency or ecommerce environment
  • Proven track record in managing a variety of budgets
  • Ensure the smooth running of projects so that they are delivered on budget, on time and at a high level of quality and profitability
  • Clarify client briefs to understand requirements, deliverables, end goals and risks and manage the full project lifecycle
  • Manage workshops and client meetings
  • Develop and grow client accounts, develop close relationships with key clients maximising the value of each account
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate tools

The Candidate

We are looking for someone from an agency background with a strong digital awareness. You will have a good technical understanding and be confident pitching ideas to clients and building strong relationships. You will have worked in the online/ecommerce space for a couple of years

  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies
  • Solid technical knowledge with understanding/hands on experience of software development/web technologies
  • Highly organised, able to manage several projects at once with a good sense of priority and a keen eye for delivery
  • Knowledge and experience in project management methodologies such as agile/waterfall
  • Experience producing proposals, project documentation and change requests
  • Ability to balance projects from a cost, schedule, creative, technical and quality perspective and present options, benefits and risks
  • Excellent client facing and communication skills
  • Experience and knowledge of a range of CMS platforms, including Sharepoint
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
