This is an exciting time for these e-commerce giants as they are currently going through the final stages of launching their new web platform, and they now want to find the right UX designer to join them in the ever expanding e-commerce team. You will be joining them in their journey to create valuable enhancements to the new platform across desktop and both native and responsive mobile applications.
The Role as Senior UX Designer
As the Lead UX Designer, you will play a key role in managing the end to end user experience process for delivering enhancements to a site that reaches thousands of users on a daily basis. As a UX leader you will be responsible for mentoring junior members of your team as well as allocating tasks and reviewing deliverables and ensuring requirements are understood.
Other key responsibilities
- co-ordinating and facilitating user research and testing
- generating concepts and road mapping
- creating user journeys, prototyping and wireframe design
- Presenting work and concepts to senior stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working collaboratively in an agile environment as my client prides themselves on having great practices. They are looking for someone who is both professional and personable who can create and maintain great relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and want someone who can really buy into the company and the brand values.

- Will have experience mentoring/leading UX teams
- Will be self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Be great at problem-solving and have analytical skills
- Have past commercial UX experience preferably across both desktop and mobile
