Junior Designer for Fintech Design Studio in Central London – £22,000 - £28,000

The Client

They are a fast paced, high energy team working on cutting edge products for the financial space ranging from web & mobile products / applications to interactive social media infographics.

Currently they are looking to add a talented Junior UI Designer to their team as they have recently taken on exciting new projects.

Based within a Central London creative hub, the environment is highly entrepreneurial with lots going on & a great community vibe – with lots of events and networking opportunities.


The Role as Junior Designer

You will report to the Creative Director, working alongside three Digital Designer & a talented Motion Graphic designer across a range of products from mobile apps to responsive websites and applications (both iOS & Android.)

Within this role you will have a real chance to stamp your identity onto your work, have real ownership of your projects & get hands on in a fast past iterative environment.

You should be full of creative ideas with strong attention to pixel perfection, confident to both articulate your ideas to your team but also work on occasion in a client facing environment.


The Candidate

You will be a self starter with a couple of years experience working in a digital design role OR be a fresh grad with a personal portfolio which will blow them away!

You will have:

  • 0-3 years experience working on responsive web & experience on mobile products
  • Exceptional skills within the Adobe Suite & Illustrator
  • A good understanding of User Centric Design
  • An interest in fin-tech & mobile app technology
