They have gone beyond showcasing music to producing their own content, becoming a distinct publishing business generating bespoke content which is personable to the user.

Spanning multiple digital platforms with a focus on mobile and apps, they are continuously expanding their portfolio to compete with the likes of Sky, acquiring large business’ and looking into the American market to take the media industry by storm.

Nurturing creativity they encourage their employees to innovate and play with ideas, holding weekly scrum meeting for everyone to share new ideas which potentially could be produced as part of the company’s portfolio of offerings. The Role as Head of UX and Design

Reporting into the highly impressive and experienced head of digital you will line manage 2 designers and 1 UX designer to push the business to become an elite global media business. You will work closely with the product manager, taking your ideas to market and producing products that will be used by millions.

Example day to day…

Taking apps to next level (shaping products and creating new ones)
Looking into strategy and road map
Set concept design and direction based on research and functional requirements
Building and growing relationships with stakeholders.
Rolling out responsive templates to cover all brands
Liaise directly with commercial teams to ensure that digital design is positioned effectively and in line with strategic goals
