*Urgent role for a Digital/Web Analyst*

Web/Digital Analyst for for a fin-tech start-up in Shoreditch – £50-55,000

You will be spear heading the growth of the analytics team, working very closely with the Head of Customer Experience on new and innovative product. As a result, communication and collaboration will come naturally to you

The Role as Web/Digital Analyst

New role for an established fin-tech start-up. This role will involve a mix of strategy and analytics. You will really get to make a difference and shape an established start-up who are currently undergoing exciting transformation

  • You will have experience in analytics ideally in an ecommerce, finance or gambling environment
  • Working in the Customer Experience team you will ideally have experience of working CX or UX environment
  • Experience with the following tools, GA, Google Tag Manager, Web Trends and Kissmetrics to track on site performance
  • You will work directly with the Head of CX defining and tracking a Voice of Customer programme
  • Define funnels within the tools to identify key drop offs
  • Solid experience with Google Tag Manager, what tagging needs to be achieved and implementing this
  • Work collaboratively with BI teams helping to define reporting dashboards and collate data points
  • Experience of working with UX design teams and researchers
  • You will also work closely work with Customer Care to help track onsite behaviour with call issues

The Candidate

It is essential that you have some experience of working in an analytical environment and can demonstrate a thorough understanding of the tools mentioned

  • Mid-level experience ranging from 3-5 years
  • Ideally you will come from a mid-large regulated business where there is some established governance
  • Provide expertise to the team and business on how to effectively implement and track events
  • Experience in a/b testing using tool capabilities
  • Monitor and report on tracking customer satisfaction and NPS scores
  • Any experience in of data visualisation would be a distinct advantage
  • Experience of working with UX design teams and researchers
  • The ideal candidate will be curious, creative and up for a challenge
  • Solid client facing skills with the ability to build long lasting relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience of managing data sets for multiple product line
