Digital User Research Contracts
Digital User Researcher for Government in London and Leeds – £400 - £450
I’m currently looking for two Senior/Lead User Researchers for a 1 year government contract, one based in Leeds and the other in London. You will be championing research and helping to set the research direction for one of the largest digital programmes across Europe.
Important you’re an experience User Researcher and have a track record of delivering the full research process from drafting discussion guides, recruiting participants to actually carrying out research from more guerrilla typed quick testing to more formal usability testing or running focus groups or maybe a large ethnographic study.
Working with multiple stakeholders in different departments it’s important you are an excellent communicator who can defend their research findings and help drive through change by demonstrating exactly what the user wants.
Working in an agile environment, you will work closely with UX designers and developers to help create new digital products and services. This is a lead position and not only will you be setting the research direction, carrying out actual qualitative and quantitative research but you will also be responsible for mentoring some research colleagues too.
To note I’m looking for two researchers one to be based in Leeds and the other in London for a 1 year contract starting in January.
