Experienced strategist/planner for Global experience design agency in central London – £35-50,000

This is an exciting opportunity to work with both recognised leading tech brands alongside smaller non for profit brands. You will benefit from working closely with an internal research team and an established strategy team

The Client

Global digital agency is on the lookout for an established Digital Strategist/Planner to join their close knit team. This agency has a really collaborative environment and you’ll get to work very closely with an established cross functional team.

The Role as Experienced strategist/planner

 

  • Experience of handling qualitative insight to understand consumers behaviour
  • Experience of being able to talk clients through an engaging story balancing analytical thinking with creative flair
  • Offering strategic guidance to a number of high profile clients
  • Deliver regularly reports for clients that provide clear, concise and actionable information including campaign measurement and valuation
  • Help the team define underlying rationale for creative for creative approaches as well as contribute to design and tech decisions
  • Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to bring people and ideas together
  • Work with cross functional teams to deliver on broader strategic projects that interrelate all off the agencies service offerings
  • Mentor junior members of the team
  • Interpret user research behaviour and client/vertical landscape and present key findings to team and clients
  • Synthesise key findings into key takeaways and recommendations
  • Determine how best to achieve clients goals through strategic programs

The Candidate

 

  • Be a leader who “connects the dots” around business and consumer insights, and articulates digital concepts and solutions in a compelling way
  • You will have 5+ years of experience working as a strategist or planner in a digital agency, advertising agency or a branding consultancy
  • Develop a deep understanding of how we conduct our research and the unique value it provides in building a strategy
  • Participate in industry groups, speak at industry events and publish though leadership
  • Able to understand and translate complex business challenges and consumer insight into smart digital solutions
  • A deep understanding, thoughts, interest and opinions on digital marketing
  • Experience in developing strategies that have a solid foundation in data
  • Familiarity with content strategy, UX research and service design
  • A strong background in producing strategic presentations
  • Be able to bring clarity out of complexity
