Project Manager for Leading User Experience Agency in Central London – £30k - £40k+

The Role as Project Manager

They are looking for a Project Manager to plan, execute and deliver user-centred design and customer research projects. As Project Manager you will understand the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its lifecycle including acquiring resource, coordinating team and members and/or contractors.

Generally, the set up is such that you will be working across numerous accounts working on a range of different projects. These can include an e-commerce build, mobile application redesign to re-engage the user, online internet banking re-design, responsive website deign, testing and build through to digital design concept planning on a range of really cool products.

Key Requirements Include:

CommunicationLiaise effectively with project teams, internally and externally, as well as stakeholders;

Scoping – Define project scope, goals and deliverables, project plans and budgets;

Tracking – Plan, schedule and track project milestones and deliverables, recommend budget changes were necessary

The Candidate

Essential Experience required:

  • At least 2 years’ digital project management experience, specifically within a digital agency;
  • Formal training in a project methodology;
  • Accustomed to handling large budgets (£50k+);
  • Experience of working on digital projects including web builds, app builds, micro-sites etc and ideally experience of UX within a project cycle;
  • Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
