Digital Producer needed for awesome independent design agency based in East London.
Brilliant independent agency who specialise in purpose driven design across digital and integrated – and cover everything from web site builds to branding & activations.
They promote a fantastic working environment, the original founders are still very hands on and passionate about the business and their employees. Working across creative, editorial & production, they cover everything from concept to strategy through to full project execution. They work with amazing clients including Facebook, Everyman Cinema, Girl effects, Google, Bafta and Greenpeace.
The Role as Digital Producer
As Digital Producer you will work in a talented team of 6 producers, taking ownership of your own accounts, working very closely with clients to deliver projects from concept through to final execution.
You will be responsible for managing project progress in accordance with agreed timelines and budgets, and you will work with the creative team and creative directors to brief in and schedule work for the studio.
- Establishing the scope of work and providing quotes for new projects
- Contributing to pitch proposals
- Managing the smooth and timely delivery of projects, including oversight of budgets and timelines
- Logistically facilitating client workshopss
- Scheduling the studio workflow to ensure deadlines can be met (sourcing freelance support when required)
- Client liaison, ensuring clients are aware of project progress
Is an established Producer – with a track record of delivering across a variety of outputs. You’ll have experience working in client facing roles, and an ability to manage internal stakeholders as well as third parties.
You’ve got gravitas and a creative mindset – you enjoy working on design led projects. You’ll have an active awareness of and passion for contemporary digital design and UX practice and have a keen interest in getting your teeth into facilitating complex briefs.
You’ll understand digital, purpose driven design as well as branding. Ideally you will have worked on design & build projects (even if this is just managing a 3rd party rather than doing the hands on build).
You understand a variety of Project Management methodologies – including Agile & Waterfall – and are well versed in utilising a range of PM tools.
