Digital Account Manager for branding & commerce agency in London – £30,000 - £40,000

The Client

Independent London based agency – who specialise in creating digitally lead branding and commerce campaigns. They work with a number of high profile well known global brands across a variety of sectors. They promote a brilliant working culture based on quality and team work and constantly look to promote internally.

They are looking for two Digital Account Managers to join their team. Their core disciplines include web and app design & build, interactive content, shopper, B2B2C, social, eCRM and communications. They have a consumer centric approach which has been developed based on behavioural research – and focus on building brand loyalty via consumer interaction and loyalty based offerings.

The Role as Digital Account Manager

Working 0n a high profile global B2B Account the roles have a digital focus but also include integrated elements such as POS and Video Content. The digital deliverables will include apps and websites.

You’ll be responsible for further developing and strengthening relationships – as well as looking for opportunities to grow the existing Account. You’ll have a natural ability to build rapport – understanding the client’s needs and making sure that work is delivered on time and to the brief.

You will take ownership of campaign management on a day to day basis – briefing, supervising and presenting work to the client. You’ll monitor progress, quality and over see schedules and costs – ensuring correct contact and status reporting. You’ll have the opportunity to get involved from a strategic perspective – working with the Account Director to develop and maintain client development plans, maintain agreed strategic direction whilst monitoring and maintaining sales and profitability targets.

The Candidate

You are an established Digital Account Manager – with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships. You have experience working on digital projects in an account management capacity. You understand the creative process across both on and offline projects – and are able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.

You are an excellent communicator – confident in presenting to clients, briefing project teams and managing expectations. You are able to problem solve, thrive on working in a team environment and are able to quickly establish trust with your clients and your team. Most of all you are driven, dedicated and looking for an opportunity to progress your Account Management career.
