The Client

Growing digital agency who work with London’s leading names in hospitality, lifestyle and fashion. They specialise in creating online marketing strategies – including web design and build, e-commerce and e-marketing.

They are seeking an established Account Manager with a passion for cool bars and amazing restaurants to join their hugely successful London based team.

The Role as Digital Account Manager

You will work closely with a variety of clients within the hospitality sector (think of well known high profile bars and restaurants based in London) to help them develop and execute their online presence through website optimisation and development, e-marketing campaigns, social media and customer retention strategies.

You’ll take design briefs from your client – acting in a consultative manner.  You’ll be responsible for ensuring the client and your team are updated on ongoing projects whilst keeping an eye out for areas to develop existing accounts. Briefing internal project teams will be your responsibility as will ensuring all work is managed through to successful launch. You’ll work on both long and short term updates and launches – and will be responsible for your clients online presence and subsequent success.

The Candidate

Will have experience as an Account Manager in an agency environment – and have worked on digital projects. You’ll be social media savvy – and have an interest in working with clients in the hospitality sector (bars, restaurants and pubs).

You’ll be creative and outgoing – extremely organised and have a high level of attention to detail – as well as excellent customer service skills.

You understand CRM systems and have some previous experience with Google Analytics, Word Press and ideally Synergist / Basecamp or similar. You’ve had experience in website delivery and optimisation and are passionate about the digital landscape.

You are able to confidently present and have brilliant communication skills in person, over the phone and across email. You are consultative and have a natural ability to build, maintain and optimise relationships. You are a self starter, proactive and keen to progress your career.
