Digital Account Director for digital product agency in London – Up to £60,000

Digital Account Director to work with key accounts across product strategy, experience design and development of innovative mobile customer experiences.

The Client

They are focused on developing and delivering technology led solutions to meet the needs of the modern day digital consumer. They design & build cutting edge digital products & services – moving away from traditional digital build & campaign projects. They work across a variety of products including  platform & device with a focused on creating customer experiences that engage through imagination and innovation.

The Role as Digital Account Director

  • Take ownership of key client accounts, driving client service excellence to inspire and provide a strategic approach to how clients are serviced
  • Mentor and manage more junior team members, product managers and execs
  • Take a lead in pitching for, and winning new business, working alongside the new business team to grow accounts in your own Portfolio and beyond
  • Work closely with the Head of Product Management as a key part of the Product team taking a focal role in defining and evolving the clients’ products, as well as the services they offer as an agency
  • Own your Team’s Portfolio P&L and take accountability for growing revenues across your Portfolio

The Candidate

  • Is an established Digital Account Director with a track record of building and developing lasting relationships
  • Has an understanding of and experience working with mobile-first platforms and digital products
  • Has experience delivering multi-channel content experiences across a range of native app and web technologies, using both agile and waterfall technologies
  • Is able to lead, manage and mentor
  • Can effectively manage P&L across multiple portfolios
  • Has excellent communication skills and a natural ability to develop rapport
  • Has a strong commercial acumen
