The Client

Independent London based agency – who specialise in creating digitally lead branding and commerce campaigns – driven by behavioural science and data driven consumer insight.

They work with a number of high profile well known global brands across a variety of sectors – across web and app design & build, B2B2C, interactive content, social, eCRM, shopper and internal communications.

They are well established, highly regarded and seeking an ambitious Account Director to work on one of their long standing Global B2B Accounts.

The Role as Digital Account Director

  • Manage the day to day running of the account from a global perspective – holding accountability for growth, retention and client satisfaction
  • Develop an in intrinsic understanding when it comes to the client, their business, their brand and their consumers
  • Provide strategic insight with regard to competitors, and how to consistently be ahead of trends
  • Manage P&L – and take responsibility for the financial status of the account at all times
  • Negotiate statements of work and retainers – maximizing revenue / profitability
  • Manage existing relationships whilst seeking new avenues to increase revenue
  • Review design & development / as well as testing prior to sign off
  • Ensure high standards are set
  • Nurture junior team members

The Candidate

You are an established Account Director – or Senior Account Manager looking to take a step up. You have a proven track record of developing and maintaining lasting relationships in multiple markets, globally. You are strategic, and commercially astute – able to liaise and negotiate with key stakeholders.

You understand B2B marketing from a digital perspective – but have a broad background when it comes to delivering end to end marketing solutions based on consumer behaviour and insight. You have an ability to think strategically and creatively – and an innate ability to solve problems.

Most of all you are a brilliant communicator – with a desire to go above and beyond set expectations.
