CX Lead for Coffee Brand in London – £70,000 + £5.6k car allowance

This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced CX professional to join the team of an internationally renowned coffee shop brand who place the customer at the heart of everything they do.

The Client

You’ll be working collaboratively with like-minded individuals who share your enthusiasm and passion about designing and developing apps. This is a chance for you to put your stamp on this well-loved brand. You’ll be pioneering change within their brand new digital hub and helping to create a buzz within their newly expanding team, staying on top of trends and implementing solutions.

The Role as CX Lead

This is a great chance to produce a range of exciting and accessible apps that understand the needs of their users and become a staple to their everyday lives. You’ll help to grow and expand the brand – whilst also catering to an already loyal customer base.

You’ll be managing the UX design process, working alongside product managers, product analysts and developers – the end result, tested solutions that improve every aspect of the customers’ user experience whilst also enhancing the business. They want customers, old and new, to stay engaged and to keep coming back time and time again.

The Candidate

  • Intuitive and innovative with a passion for understanding the customer and providing them with world-class mobile and digital experiences
  • Has a wealth of experience in UX design, and an expert when it comes to apps
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • A problem-solver who is confidently able to implement their research into tested solutions
