Lead Creative Manager for Online Fashion Marketplace in Central London – £52,000 + £5500 Flex Allowance
Do you want to run a fashion shoot one day, and create season campaigns the next? We have an exciting role at one of the UK’s leading online fashion retailers as a Lead Creative. Covering a 12 month contract, these roles don’t come along very often and is an amazing opportunity to join an incredibly successful and innovative team!
You will be working for one of the UK’s most successful fashion e-retailers, with offices internationally in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. With their product available worldwide, this company always strives to be on the front foot with it’s target market of creative 20-somethings in a highly competitive and fast paced fashion market.
With offices in Central London you will working in the creative team where two days won’t ever be the same. From creating for web, campaigns, print, social media, blogs and editorials, your creative reach will be limitless with fantastic support from those you’re working with.
The Role as Lead Creative Manager
As the Lead Creative Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 designers with in the Creative Team, and working alongside the Customer Service, UX, Creative Technology, Editorial and Marketing Teams. So your communication and collaboration skills will be impeccable! You will be responsible for exciting and varied projects, in which constant innovation within the established brand and team work productivity will be your priority.
Other responsibilities include:
- Conceptualising and developing creative content for web, print and marketing
- Managing your own and your team’s creative schedule and output, and making sure they adhere to branding guidelines
- Passion and experience in mobile
You will be an innovative and collaborative leader for your team, communicating effectively to conceptualise ideas that are out of the box. You will have a passion for all things typography, layout, branding, trends and fashion, and art directing a fashion shoot sounds like your ideal day out!
You will also possess the following:
- Experience in UX/UI, CMS, Adobe Suite and HTML & CSS
- End to end experience in digital marketing, season campaigns and websites
- Ideally menswear retail experience, preferably online
- Art direction experience in fashion, video, and mobile
- A strong, supportive and passionate team player, willing to give 110%
