Looking for an established Client Partner, with extensive experience working within the integrated space. This is an amazing newly created opportunity, with massive potential to truly partner, and take ownership of the account - a highly regarded household name within the technology space.

The Role as Client Partner

Acting as the main point of contact for the client you will ensure that you have an intrinsic understanding of their brand, their vision and their strategy.

  • act as a true partner, consultant and adviser to the client
  • oversee financial management of the account
  • manage team utilisation and project allocation – and their relationship to overall client profitability
  • effectively lead, manage and mentor a team of account handlers
  • take a strategic view, guiding both the agency and the client when it comes to branding and communication activity
  • ensure quality of production is consistently exceeding expectations across all out puts
  • generate profit for the agency and deliver projects that achieve excellent results for the client and the agency
  • participate in periodic account planning to plan and forecast for client growth
  • have a view across all account activity at all times, providing updates and progress reports to the client

The Candidate

A true Client Partner, you have a demonstrable track record of building and maintaining successful relationships, delivering beyond expectation – and acting as partner, adviser and consultant to your clients. Commercially astute you understand financial management, and are able to manage multi million pound budgets from initial scoping through to reconciliation. You have a well defined business acumen, and are able to seek new opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts.

You get integrated … you know what it takes to tell a brands story, and understand the intricacies of working across a multi-channel approach. You understand integrated from tradition print production, through to digital – and you are progressive and curious in your own approach. You thoroughly understand the production process, and what it takes to run a successful, highly function team across all disciplines.

Your key skill is communication. You are a listener, a problem solver – calm under pressure and able to come up with innovative solutions. Above all you understand what it means to be tactful – you’ve successfully managed a raft of clients … and you have the ability to handle challenging situations, changing priorities and push back when required.

You have experience working on pan European campaigns with centralised European marketing teams as well as local markets – and an understanding of transcreation & localisation.

You are a natural leader, with an ability to build rapport with your team and across the agency in general, building trust with both your colleagues, senior partners within the agency and most importantly the client.
