The Client

Creative agency who specialise in user centered design, digital innovation, business transformation, product design, development and integrated marketing.  They are specialists in building brands and driving sales with a cross-channel, digitally-led approach to communications.

They are big on delivering digital encounters driven by intelligent design based on consumer behaviour. They create digital experiences and products that people love to use, that disrupt for the better and change the way we interact with the digital landscape on a daily basis.

Due to recently winning a significant account and project predicted to be one of the first and largest of its kind in Europe, they are actively looking to grow out their footprint from their London office. This is an exciting time to join the team as they work with internal stakeholders in the US to strengthen their offering in the UK, and to work on a career defining project which will be a landmark piece of work for the agency.

The Role as Client Partner

As a member of the client services department you will influence changes in consumer behavior through ideas, creativity and the use of interactive media. You will innovate across digital communications, marketing and advertising, and inspire the best global brands.

You will work with local and global stakeholders to develop and execute business strategy that meets or transforms the client’s business and needs, whist having a focus on how to develop and strengthen their offering across other accounts from the London office.

You will oversee team utilisation and project allocation – demonstrating your ability to understand team utilisation and project allocation, and their relationship to overall client profitability. You will ensure projects are set up in salesforce, with appropriate budgets to cover team utilisation.

Above all you will drives results – achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, focus on team work and delivering above and beyond expectations at all times.

The Candidate

You are an established Client Partner, or Group Account Director looking to take a step up. You have a proven track record of building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You’ve worked at a number of highly regarded agencies, and have an in depth understanding of the digital landscape when it comes to marketing and communications.

You are commercially and financially astute – and comfortable managing multi-million pound budgets across a variety of accounts. You have an excellent business acumen and are able to nurture existing business, whist seeking opportunities for new business. You are well versed in account planning, and able to accurately forecast and plan for additional growth based on revenue generation.

You are able to naturally build rapport, and have a track record of working on digital projects driven by innovation.
