Giant software company seeks enthusiastic, faced paced Lead ui/ux designer!

The Client

Our client empowers the world’s largest and most distributed B2B organizations to simplify and speed up the complete software lifecycle in industries such as – Technology, automotive and banks – through their Software Lifecycle employees become more productive, the business becomes more agile, and their IT departments more reactive to change – able to automate more processes, and their sole mission to save their customers money.

With over 2000 B2B organisations using their products they have organically grown from a start-up to having headquarters in London and over 300 employees and 4 offices worldwide. They are now seeking a Lead UI/UX designer to join their digital team and help build the next generation of software.

The Role as Lead UI/UX designer

As the role of Lead UI/UX Designer you will be working with-in a faced paced agile environment, working closely with the Lead UX architect, your responsibility is to lead the UI design on complex, responsive sites with flair and imagination whilst  helping to drive user centred design practises across project, platforms and services.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Design stunning pixels perfect visuals and create user flows and wireframes when required
  • Formulate design concepts ensuring highly complex workflows are translated into beautiful , clean and easy interfaces
  • Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Have a solid knowledge of web technology (html and css) and have the ability to understand challenges faced by developers and find adapted solutions
  • Apply design best practises throughout project life cycles
