The Role as Account Manager
You will work on a variety of exciting projects across customer service, marketing, and statistics, to being responsible for organising and monitoring different campaigns, for creating advertising initiatives to attract new partners, and for managing existing ones.
Good multitasking and time-management skills are crucial to be successful in this role, as well as an ability to think creatively, to pitch new ideas, develop innovative strategies and demonstrate great problem-solving skills.
Under the supervision of the Senior Account Manager you will organise and track different campaigns across several markets and products, optimise our earnings through analysing data and different metrics associated to each campaign, negotiate deals with new and existing partners, duties, assist finance with payment discrepancies.
You will have the following experience – ideally working in affiliate marketing within the online gaming and gambling sector
- Proven track record in either Customer Service, CRM, or Marketing.
- Have great numeric and statistical skills.
- Be confident to negotiate and up-sell deals with partners (B2B).
- Excellent client facing skills.
- Brilliant organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise according to workload.
