David’s speech very interesting as he went into detail about all four engagement models:
– The short-term tactical project
– Informing the strategic vision
– Conducting international research at scale
– The deeply embedded retained team

What were the key insights from the night?

It was interesting to compare the differences in the research process between government/ client and agency side. Also, how important it is to maintain stakeholder and client relationships wherever you are working.
